I have recently bought a 1998 Terios but am finding the electric front windows(they are the only ones with electrification) hard to get down ,the motor really struggles to get them more than half way. The battery is fine and the charge is OK.
Any clues what I might look at here.

Either the motors and/or
Either the motors and/or regulators are shot or a simple lube might just be needed. Happened on the van so removed door card and greased all joints and guides and all is well. I have known certain cars where the guides were too tight - happened to my neighbour the other week so he squirted loads of WD40 down the edges of the glass/guides and it now works perfectly. A bit of a bodge and the edges of the glass can get oily for a bit but hey ho..........
