Hi guys. I'm looking to buy a small 4x4 and am comparing the jimny to the terios. Being a noobie to the world of four wheel drives I'd like to ask a question - does the old shape terios (98-05) have three diffs?
I've read elsewhere that the jimny does not have a centre diff (ie it only has 2 diffs?) and transmission windup is a real possibility, along with locking hubs and having to drive back/forth to disengage said hubs.
I assume that the terios, because it has a centre diff does not suffer from windup - am I correct? and am I also correct in thinking the terios does not have locking hubs either?
