I was offered a pretty good F70 and thought it might be useful as a spare parts donor in the future but it is the non turbo version.
Is the only difference the engine is without a turbo? or are the gearbox and diff different. To the mechanically minded sorry if this sounds stupid but I don't want to spend the money and realise I have a donor that
different major components...:?

thats exactly what i did, get two f70 motors, a good turbo and a doner na, the gearbox is in the na is lower ratio, the transfer is the same, everytging else on the motor is the same Except- front brakes, some of the engine parts are compatible, glow plugs yes, alternator yes, water pump no, timing chain instead of belt on old na,radiator yes. Round headlight? no, etc etc but most things all fit, props, steering, all identical, the gearing for all the diffs and boxes can be found in the manual. Fuel tank -same, exhaust -no but with cutting and welding manifold end -yes.
Full of ideas but no time to do them!!
