Terios interior accessories - advice appreciated!

Hi everyone, I'm a triple newbie - new Terios owner, new member, and new poster.
I've just bought a 2009 Terios 1500S. Very pleased with it so far but I just have a few questions regarding interior accessories:
Firstly, would the model, when new, have come with a rear parcel shelf? I didn't get one with mine. It's no big deal as this space is usually occupied by two medium sized pooches. I note however it could cost me around £70 if I did want one.
Secondly, my mileage display is just that. It's not multi functional apart from trip. A temperature gauge would be cool. Has anyone ever tried to upgrade theirs?
Thirdly, Same goes for iPod/MP3 player connectivity which I don't have. Is it feasible or even possible to have this installed?
My final question concerns 4WD. Again I'm a newbie here. I now know that ALL second generation Terios's are 4WD. It doesn't actually say that anywhere on the bodywork though, or does it??!!

Hi Davie. Glad you like the TERIOS- love mine!
Parcel shelf is NOT standard and £70 if it's the solid type is cheap.
Displays, not sure as you have the S. I have SX and it has all but I never use 'em.

No way to connect anything to stereo, I ended up changing mine for one that takes SD cards!

Assuming yours IS 4WD, they don't put any badges on, I got some chrome letters from ebay

Where are you based? Are you likely to take it off road? You'll be surprised if you do!!

Hi Maadmann, thanks for your reply. The scan gauge looks interesting and will look into it.
Haven't had chance to go offroad yet. I live just outside Belfast and there are some interesting little hill roads above the city which are fun to drive. They are rat runs into the city and were treacherous during the snow. Hopefully won't have that problem again.
Cool photos! I's be intrigued to see a photo of your dashboard to see how your stereo looks - did it cost much?
