My mates daihatsu fourtrak wont start but it turns over.

If i put petrol down the carb it fires and keeps running untill the petrol in the carb is gone.

There is loads of fuel in the petrol tank but when you try and start it normaly the engine just keeps spinning.

It seems that the problem could be between the tank and engine?

Could it be the pumb of filter and if so where are they located?

Any other ideas.
