Hi all,
Just wondering how difficult it is to change the rear brake shoes on a 98 lwb 2.8 
The front pads were easy enough and I've done shoes years ago on older vw's and fords - it's just that the fourtrak looks a little more complicated on paper.

not particularly, shouldnt need doing though, my m reg with 107k miles on has still got 4/5mm left on them. Been told they only need changing 300+k miles

I've been giving mine a reasonable dunking every 2 months or so since last august time, the 300k+ figure was for road use i believe and not dunking it in water and mud regularly
