hi there, in need of some info regarding some problems ive had with my fourtrak riviera. last weekend a wire out of the sound system amp came loose and made contact with the shell, frying some wiring. wiring being what comes out the bulk head, lucky for me never made its way though into the dash, neways the coating on one of the wires that goes up to the voltage regulater had gone, leaving the copper wire expossed rite the way to the conector, the wires from the conector to the altenator had fused together, aswell as some wires heading to the bulk head. just to give you an idea what happend... so i pulled all the wires that had fused together and replaced them. battery is readig 12v on the mulimeter, when i get it up to about 4 thousand revs the multimeter is reading nearly 15v. is that normal? if not, would it be the voltage regultor or the alternator? i took off the vr and had a look inside, copper coils are all intact. feed bk would be great thanx sion
