I've got a roof rack on my sportrak, I'll try and get some pictures of it loaded up for you. The main section locates on the cab roof above the doors like a conventional roof rack. At the rear 2 tubes come down parallel to the rear of the fibreglass tub, with plates on the end, on the off side the plate fits behind the door hinge, on the n/s the plate goes behind the lock striker plate. It's certainly not a roll cage though. Making a rack too huge on a relatively light vehicle could make it rather top heavy.
