Hi my head has cracked allowing all the coolant to come flooding out the side. The section that has gone is the horizontal bore that lines up with the aft most l.h.s head bolt. You can look down it and see the outside of a verticle pipe, with a hole! Turns out the number 3 cylinder one has been repaired with silicon.

This is all behind the turbo but you can easily see the other 3 'bores' on the left hand side of the head. they are short protusions with a bored untaped hole that lines up with the head bolts. what are these for????

Can i machine up ally plugs to repair these or is there something i don't know??
