Forum:
My 15 year old son is restoring a 1984 Fourtrak F50 which did belong to his Grandfather. The body has very bad rust around mudguards, edge of rooftop, around windscreen, and floor is rotten. So really it needs a new body. But maybe these body parts can be got somewhere and fitted in. I think it is too far gone for fillers. Mechanically it is running well. Has anyone any idea where a body or parts can be located??
Virtually nothing around, so
Virtually nothing around, so you will have to make most of them from scratch.
Some stuff does turn up on
Some stuff does turn up on e-bay from time to time. Fiberglass wings and such. I have the sections which include the rear wheel arches if you are intrested. Another option is to compleatly re-body it. A series 1 Landrover body, or a kit car type like Jago?
Any veiws expresed in this thread by me are purely from my own experience, and (sometimes) falible memory. Hope my comments help, but please don't take them as gospel.

Hi, I recently stumbled across www.citroa.com who appear to manufacturer almost every panel you'd need to construct a new shell.
They ship worldwide, though I expect shipping might be expensive...
Hope this helps!
