I have a mk1 Sportrak 1989, and the alternator has just gone. It is a 'V-pulley' and seems to be a rare part. Does anyone know of a used/reconditioned dealer that may have one of these. The only i have found so far are re-manufactured units at £182.00. Considering the Sportrak cost £480.00 and i was after some cheap offroading fun i would like to find a good parts dealer. Any suggestions?
