Toyota Lite Ace?
No expert, but from what I have just seen after a bit of Googling, it looks like the Gran Max was not released in Europe.
You might have more chance of getting a Toyota LiteAce grey import from Japan, but most of them seem to be the minivan not pick-up...

Imports
From what I can see, the Gran Max (and Lite Ace) are just made in Indonesia and some are imported to Japan (as the Toyotas). Any that make it here would be grey imports I guess.
If someone knows better, do jump in and correct me.
