Hi can anyone help please, I just purchased the user manual for the Sportrack off here (TWICE!) and on both occasions it has failed to download getting stuck at 46% and 18% respectively. Can anyone point me in the right direction to try and resolve this please, don't want to risk another £10 on a failed download.
