Forum:
I have recently changed the spark plugs in my Sporty. I put in NGK BKR7E11s until i noticed that it needs BKR6E11s. I was just wondering what the difference is between them. At the moment i am running it with the BKR7E11s. It has a 1.6 EFI engine.
The BKR7 spark plugs you have
The BKR7 spark plugs you have put in are a Colder plug, designed for engines that are worked harder and for the plug to work better.
As an example a lot of car owners (Especially) those with turbo engines, have these for tuning purposes to get the most from their engines.
The BKR6 plugs would be the standard plugs the manufacturer would list to use for servicing.
