hello everyone!! first time poster here!!

My rear side lights keep randomly coming on ever few hours when I am not in or with the car all switches are off! its only the rear ones as the fronts don't come on with them until the switch is on!! although now the rear dipped lights no longer come on at all. it does have a tow bar with twin electrics if this helps.

any help would be greatly appreciated as the MOT is due up end of this month
