Before looking to put a bit more power into the car you have bought, you are best first looking at sorting out the hanbdling and possibly the braking first. One of the best ways to start is to look at bigger alloys and wider tyres, then look for some lowering springs. Once thats done then look at braded brake hoses, and uprated brake fluid etc.. as for tunbers, then this is where it gets problematic asnd you mnay spend years trying to find someone who is willing to tunbe your car. The way I went is with a Unichip-Q+ add-on setup to tyhe standard ECU and then rolling roaded and tuned to my mods, such as a Blitz exhaust system and apexi cone filter.
