you can do the Uniq now and
you can do the Uniq now and then re-tune it with the other mods later

Emanage blue is cheaper and
Emanage blue is cheaper and the software is more user friendly in my opinion
depending how high you going
depending how high you going to boost her then yes you will require higher octane or octane booster that is what I use

I always use Shell V-Power on
I always use Shell V-Power on both my cars. The Subaru has a prodrive modification and is designed to be best used with at least 97 RON. The YRV has been mapped to use Vpower (99 RON), therefore the extra 17BHP gain without a boost increase yet.

Had mine done after the mods
Had mine done after the mods were fitted. It will cost to get it done now and mapped to what you have, which to me is a waste of time as you may not gain much
and then pay again to have the remap done. One thing to bare in mind is that the ECU you have at the moment is set up for the current systems you have on the car, albeit if using a higher octane fuel like shell vpower etc..
Decat? The Daihatsu has the cat in the up pipe of the system, so basically all you will be doing is possible making a straight through system with the cat, like I did with the blitz system.
