Front panel clips, interior panel clips, rusted bolts

Hi All,

Is there anyone that knows where to get some plastic clips that'll hold on the front panel (over the radiator)?

I've asked the dealership but they charge £9 for each clip!!

Also, if anyone knows where to get suitable the plastic clip/dowel things that hold the interior panels to the car chassis that'd be awesome too!

Finally, I've broken some of the bolts that hold on the radiator, bumper, etc. What would be the best place to get new ones?

If you want specific parts advice the forum needs to know the vehicle. But here's an idea off the top of my head, Halfords. Maybe you have heard of them. Give them go and you might surprise yourself.

yer they will be cheaper than stealers prices, £9 at dealer and prob £8.99 at halfords. Ebay Ebay Ebay is the way.

A quick look on Ebay using the search term 'daihatsu clips' has brought back a load of results for what you maybe looking for Smile

As an example one seller is selling 15 clips for £3.31 and free delivery Wink

I wish people would look at this first..... but then again I did ask for the moderator of this forum to consider an FAQ/sticky on this site for these type of questions Sad no wonder there are few people willing to respond to the obvious Smile

yes, silly of me....

it's a Hijet, 1997, 993cc.

the clips search on ebay is only turning up the body panel clips, which is useful but the gold ticket for me is those plastic mounts that hold the front panel securely to the van.

anyone with any suggestions? i'll try halfords though i try to see them as a last resort (of all my last resorts)
