Anybody out there put a rover v8 in a fourtrak,is it possible, quite fancy the idea (great sound) as had a landrover v8 before I got the fourtraks.

Not a Rover V8 because there
Not a Rover V8 because there are much better engines out there to transplant.
Mine is a GMC 6.2L diesel, 160 BHP out of the box, but mine is supercharged for around 300BHP and fitted into an F20 which is smaller and less room in the engine bay.
With the Fourtrak you will have to ensure a sound chassis as they are now old and many suffer from the usual tinworm, and the decent chassis is crucial for the power and torque of a V8.
