Air Filter for Sirion Rally IV

Forum:

Now, having owned my Rally IV since 2003, I've always entrusted it to my local dealer, so they have serviced it regularly. It's now due for the 72,000 mile service, so I'm going to start servicing it myself.

To complicate matters, I'm a little bit far away from my old local dealer in Devon... The Rally IV is now with me in New Zealand (wife didn't want to part with her!), so I can't simply 'pop in' to a dealer as I once did... So, I need a bit of help with the air filter.

Now, my understanding was that Auto Image, when creating the Rally installed a 'free flow air filter' (their words, not mine). Does anyone know which brand this was? The Rally was never sold in New Zealand, so I've no hope of asking here. A quick search on the net didn't result in much either.

Anyone know?

Hello,

Good to read that a Sirion Rally IV exists elsewhere in the world. Smile

As you may know the Rally II and IV were derived from the Sirion 1.3 SL by a UK firm called Camspeed? To make something special for the UK market. I believe in Australia they had something similar called a GTvi? http://www.daihatsu-drivers.co.uk/node/16633

Anyways as to filters a quick search on here and found the following thread on this subject:
