It looks as if you have to detach the front engine mounting from the cross-brace, and then remove the cross-brace, before you can remove the sump.
Looks as if the exhaust will have to come off too.
It looks as if I might have to also remove the anti-roll bar to get clearance to remove the cross brace, but perhaps just loosening the front mountings rather than complete removal, will be enough.
I'm a bit concerned that the engine will flop forward with the front engine mounting removed. Can't see anywhere underneath to put a jack on the engine, but perhaps I can brace it against the radiator support with a bit of wood, trying to avoid puncturing my radiator in the process.
Altogether a bit of a hassle.
