Anyone know if its possible to do this working from underneath, with the engine still in the car?
Its a Daihatsu Skywing/Saphir, mechanically like a Charade, CB22 engine I think (according to the handbook), though I dunno how that differs from the CB23.
Closest I've done was re-ringing a Marina B series engine (pushrod and unobstructed sump, so easier) in the car.
I've heard of people doing main bearings as well, but don't recall hearing of Charades being done this way.
