Hi does anyone know if you can bypass the immobiliser/transponder
on a 1998 fourtrak as i have lost my keys and dont really want to buy
A full ecu lockset as I have another ignition off an older fourtrak
That fits I can use to start it.i would really appreciate some help

Yes, normally they can read the master or any slave key, or the unit itself to obtain the code.
Alternatively you could get one of the mobile techs who supply and re-programme keys to call and do yours for a fraction of main dealer prices.
