Don't normally worry about fuel consumption as I don't do much mileage and over here in Lanzarote petrol is still quite cheap. However because it's gone up from €1.04 to €1.13 per litre (£0.92/litre) over the last few weeks I decided to check my consumption over the last three tank fills, a distance of approximately 1,000 km. I was taken aback to find that I was only averaging 24 mpg which is, much to my surprise exactly in accordance with the on-board display - I had not previously believed the on-board calculation because it was so poor.

So the purpose of this posting is to find out how other Terios 2 users are doing so postings will be appreciated. Ok we do have the aircon on all the time and I am told this does make a big difference and we do do a lot of small trips, often on dirt tracks and sometimes I don't switch the engine off when I could but nevertheless I would be interested to learn what others are achieving.
