steering wheel boss kit for rally 4?

I've been looking all over the internet for a boss kit (ideally a quick release but not crucial) for my rally 4 but with no luck Sad
Do any of you guys know if one from another car would fit? YRV/Cuore?

The Sirion C. 1999 - 2005

The Sirion C. 1999 - 2005 steering wheel should use the same boss as the YRV.
I have seen Bosses for the YRV for sale, but only in Japan.
