Just thought i'd let any Cuore L701 owners know that if they wish to fit some wide arch extensions then the plastic ones from a Mini (a real one, not BMW nastiness!!)will fit quite nicely with maybe a little trimming. I went to a place in Darlington today to try them out and see if they'd fit ok. I think a full set is about £26 ish inc Vat. There are proper JDM style ones out there but they tend to cost more from what I've seen. And I know from owning a couple of Minis with their plastic arches how tough they are, I reckon they'll last longer than the fibreglass ones that cost more anyway. I intend to fit some of these soon so long as I can afford to get them, get them painted and get decent tyres on too. http://www.wheelcollision.com/wccpix/58639used.JPG (the wheel in the pic isn't one of the actual wheels, they're just that type) They're only costing £30 for four wheels but at 6J wide I think i'll need the arch extensions. They need stripping first and then painting. I'm gonna get some JDM style bronze paint made up from the guy up the road to paint them with. I was dubious how they'd look at first, but I think they'll look quite good once in the right colour and with a suspension drop and the arch extensions.
Looking forward to trying it out. Gotta do it on the sly though, even though i'm 39 yrs old my mother still likes to think she controls my finances. LOL
