Fourtrak 1997 F78 Front roll bar bushes (droplinks)

Hi,
I've changed the bushes on the front rollbar as those on there were obv originals and well past their best!
Q. Anyone any idea how tight to do them? Do I tighten them to a specific torque setting or, do I tighten them until the 'rubbers' are compressed to a certain thickness??
I've changed to polybushes so don't know if this makes any difference??

Just tighten them up until they are bloody tight, they compress around the anti roll bar.

Thanks bud, what about the ends near the wheels, droplinks I think they're called?
They have a long bolt (5" or so)that goes through bushes either side of the rollbar then through the bottom wishbone - both the rollbar and wishbone are sandwiched between a bush either side of each.
