I wouldn't go any skinnier than 235, the old leaf sprung trak had 215/80-15, which....are crap basically off road in any tread as they just let the diff hang on dirt and you get stuck toooo easy, I'd go for 31-10.50-15 if I were you, but because you have an independent they may touch bumpers. Kingpin are...hmmm well you get what you pay for, they work off road but not mega brilliant, really hard to beat insa turbo saharas.
