We bought a Terios Sport (2005) and it broke down on the motorway as we were driving away from the dealer. The dealer says the pick up pump under the sump was blocked and the oil was not getting through hence the clacking noise and loss of power forcing us to stop and be towed away. He says it has now been fixed, new shells fitted and new oil filter fitted. He will test it thoroughly this weekend and let me know if he is satisfied that it is working properly and call me Monday. I have no real idea about engines and have only repeated what I understood him to say which is why I want to ask you - If he says it is all ok, should I accept it rather than get my money back? I would really appreciate your opinions.
