Just thought I would post how to remove the front door trims which are the same as the back ones essentially.

1. Remove screw from inside door handle
2. Prise out centre armrest section with something that won't damage the plastic (like a plastic trim tool or screwdriver with tape over the blade), then remove the multiplug from the window switch.
3. Remove the 3 screws (front doors) or 2 screws (back door) from underneath where the armrest was (phillips screwdriver)
4. Again, using a soft tool, pull off the lower section of trim from the door using the tool to prise near the popper fittings (pulling outwards gently)
5. To remove the top section, prise out the cover over the mirror cover (inside door)
6. Remove the screw from behind the door handle / lock (phillips screwdriver)
7. Using the tool, prise off the lower section of the trim and lift off the trim from where it hooks over the top of the door.
8 Job done - replacement is reversal of removal.

My car is an S model, but seems to have plug connections for electric mirrors (not fitted) and has wires for rear speakers in the rear doors.
