Just received my Workshop Manual for Fourtrack ordered (thanks Lurch) and cannot find any info on the petrol version, do I have to get info on the 3Y from a Toyota Manual, if so which one?

If you do have to go to Toyot
If you do have to go to Toyota it's a HI-Lux engine, I belive.
