Hi can anyone help?

I have a 92 Sportrack EFI. When i last tried to start it it turned over but didnt fire up. I sprayed easy start in the air intake and she fired temporarily with that. My initial thoughts are that it is a fuel filter blockage as its clear that the plugs are producing a spark and there is just under 1/4 tank of fuel in it.I rarely use the car as it is at my place in Spian. This particular time it has been standing for around 5 months with the same fuel. Could it be a blockage? Also where is the filter and is it easily accessible? Would like to try and fix myself as finding a good mobile mechanic over there is proving to be difficult. Thanks.
