so this is an 1.3L automatic, lefthand drive, Eropean car.

my mother bought the car for around 4 months ago
we drove it around 300miles(500km) home.

the only thing we reacted to was that after we had it driven and needed to stop at a red light the car could stop(it felt like it went too low on rpm(0.4-0.5)

the car was then used occasionally maybe 5 times in 2 months

it then got parked in the garage for 1.5 months and then I tried to start it, it cranked but did not start.

I tried startspray but is didnt start, nothing
I check the fuel line in hope of finding cloged fuel filter but I didnt find one(it must be inside the tank)

pulsation screw rises and fuel pump makes sounds when testing so I concluded thst the fuel is present.

I took out the plugs and tested, there is no spark.
checking voltage at coils shows nothing.

so there is no voltsge coming to coils, where does voltsges come from? is it from the ingitor unit or some othe place?
it has coils on plug with 3 connections.

mother says when parking last, the car died on her when backing to the garage, it started fine and got parked fine.

it has new battery, charged too

do you guys have any ideas on how to proceed with trouble shooting here?
i read and people are taliing abount crank position sensor but stopping like that, after sinng still for 1.5 monts?
