Hello, I have been having trouble starting my fourtrack for a while (it starts after a couple of trys) and then is very smokey, this morning it is turning over but wont start. could it be the glow plugs, if so where are they and are they easy to change?? Any help appreciated.

There are 4 glowplugs, one for each cylinder. They screw vertically into the head between the injectors, and the tappet cover. There is a long flat thin bar that joins them all together, and there are two wires that connect up to them at the rear.
