Hi everyone.
I recently bought an old Terios as a cheap runaround. When I got it the window switches were all loose/broken and the electric windows didn't work. I gather this is a common problem, the switch pack just begins to fall apart. Anyway after a search I eventually found someone selling the same switch pack and promptly bought it.

It arrived today and I was disappointed to find that the windows still don't work with the new switch. I decided to get my multimeter out at this point and found that there's no power at all to the switches. I followed the wiring back and it all looks intact, and just goes into the main loom under the dash. The fusebox doesn't contain a location for power windows, but I tested each fuse individually anyway and they're all ok. Can anyone help? I'm completely stumped!
