I am looking at another f73 fourtrak I currently own the same also, my f73 has auto locking hubs the one I’m looking at has manual locking hubs , problem is when I lock the manual hubs there is a real loud banging/ clicking noise from front end in all the selected ratios h4,l4 etc I only rolled forward a little because didn’t want to damage further if not already damaged when I unlock hub it is sweet as a nut both tracks are same year and model just different colours, I like auto hubs and only use as daily drive for 6 faultless years could I swap out my hubs/front shaft with manual depending on problem or hubs even???
