As above really, On the cam pully there is an F and there is a little dot, Which one do i alighn to? also there is a little nick on the crank pully, i take it that alighns to a mark on the belt casing

CAM Belt Timing Marks
I haven't done this myself yet, but will tomorrow! I took this procedure from the service manual.
There are three marks, the "F" and a drilled mark on the face of the cam sprocket, and another drilled mark on the face of the crank sprocket (the crank pulley must be off to see it).
1. If disassembled correctly, the #1 cylinder should be at TDC and the the timing notch on the crankshaft pulley is aligned with the timing mark. The #1 exhaust valve should be released (compression stroke) which you can verify through the oil filler cap. Put gearbox in 5th gear with handbrake on, and remove the crankshaft pulley bolts and pulley without turning the crank.
2. The "F" on the camshaft sprocket should be aligned with the downward-pointing arrow cast in the cylinder head cover (12 o'clock).
3. Put the timing belt on both sprockets so that the two drilled marks on the face of each sprocket aligns with the mating marks on the timing belt. (Top mark will be at 3 o'clock, bottom will be at 5 o'clock).
4. Attach the belt tensioner, ensuring the pin on the oil pump is in the hole of the tensioner. Hook the tension spring over (not under) the pin, ensuring it is in the groove. Pull the tensioner towards the waterpump and tighten the bolt temporarily.
5. Using a ratchet, rotate the crank sprocket clockwise twice so the "F" is three teeth before the arrow in the cylinder head cover. If you go too far, go clockwise another two turns (Don't ever go anti-clockwise).
6. Loosen the tensioner bolt, then turn the crankshaft clockwise until the "F" aligns with the arrow cast in the cylinderhead cover.
7. Tighten the tensioner bolt to 21.7-32.5 Ft Lbs (3.0-4.5 kg-m).
8. Ensure the drilled marks on each sprocket are still aligned with the indicators on the belt.
9. Check the timing belt tension by pressing the right side of the belt towards the tensioner, it should deflect 5mm with 2-3 lbs force.
10. Install the bottom cover and three bolts, then the top cover starting with the two lower bolts where it joins with the bottom cover.
11. Put everything else back together and pray.

Your a top man, many thanks mate.
Hope it works! After talki
Hope it works!
After talking with you, I realize you were a lot closer than it sounded.
