I've got a leak out of one of the glowplugs which leaves a pinkish stain.
It's a v reg fourtrak independent. Does it mean new plugs. If so are they easy to change?

It depends. Where is the leak
It depends. Where is the leak, out of the body of the glow plug, or around the thread. I always use some liquid thread sealant when changing glow plugs. Remember you are dealing with very high compressions here.
They are easy to change, just pull off the glow plug bar, and unscrew them.
