Hello. I have a question regarding swapping a carb setup onto a '90 Rocky which had EFI. My father recently purchased a petrol 1.6 Rocky for $700. The engine had a few problems, including a leaking throttle body which caused a higher idle. In the interest of both keeping costs down and simplicity, I was wondering if it's possible to get rid of all EFI equipment and slap on the carb for a 1.6. Emissions isn't an issue where he lives, so it wouldn't be a problem egtting rid of the EFI. Since a carb version was never offered in the USA this may be more of a pain than it's worth due to the fact that parts would all have to come from the UK or Australia. Any Daihatsu parts are hard to find here anyway. Thanks for any assistance.
