Ebay has one of these listed for dealership sale. It's worth aloo under DAIHATSU FEROZA. I've never seen one before and it seems to be a hybrid between a fourtrak fieldman with windows and a sporty. The engine being the sporty bit. Any info on these from others. Its late 1998 and RHD and is the first Iv'e seen. Looks quite boxy but rugid and in an odd way very dated but nice. At £5 less than £2k not highly priced but the spec looks a bit sparce like the Fieldman.

Feroza G2
I have seen Feroza G2's before, but only in Indonesia.
In Bali, a car rental company was hiring out the standard Feroza - same shape as the Sportrak, and the G2.
From what I saw, it looked like a Fourtrak chassis and body with a 1.6 Feroza engine.
Also, I noticed all the rental cars were petrol, possibly diesel isn't as readily available.
Being alot heavier than a sportrak, I would imagine it would be even worse on fuel economy, and probably underpowered.

YES I AGREE IT LOOKS HEAVIER THAN THE SPORTY BODY AND MAY WELL BE A MORE SLUGGISH CAR. I ALSO NOTICED THE SPEC. WAS VERY LOW & BASIC ALTHOUGH IT WAS ON A 1998 S PLATE. STILL FOR SELL ON EBAY UNDER FEROZA.
INTERESTING ALTERNATIVE BUT NOT VERY STYLISH. AS A MATTER OF INTEREST I LIVED IN TROWBRIDGE BEFORE MOVING TO FRANCE 5 YEARS AGO. SPORTRAKS ARE AS RARE AS HEN'S TEETH HERE ALTHOUGH I HAVE 2. FOURTRACKS ARE NEVER SEEN, WELL NOT TO DATE.
