Engine ... change engine oil, oil & air filters, renew distributor contacts/plugs, adjust timing, adjust clutch, check coolant quality and coolant top-up. Renew [or top-up] gearbox fluid and [or top-up] rear axle fluid.
Brakes .... check hoses and adjust pads & shoes, renew brake fluid.
Body ...... check drive shafts, wheel bearings, wheel nuts, CV joints and gaitors, prop shaft UV joints, shock absorbers and rear springs, check exhaust and hangers. Inspect body and chassis for corrosion, oil door hinges, check operation and height of lights,oil any cables,check legality and safety of tyres and hubs, check condition of wiper blades. Fill windscreen cleaner.
Grease ... pressure grease on all grease nipples - steering,prop shaft,ball joints etc.
Check wheel alignment, tyre pressures.
Test run the car and report
No worn or broken part is replace as free ... everything is chargable. Main dealers could cost 50% more than a local garage. All garages will price parts at full cost [oil will be much more expensive than buying the same oil at Halfords] : diy trade prices will be much less.
