Can anyone help me, I am looking to overhaul my tiring 1.6 91 Sporty engine, I have rebuilt engines before but never a sporty. Can anyone let me know of any pitfalls, does the block have to come out or can you work top and bottom. I know I need new exhaust manifold as mine is cracked but again does anyone know of good supplier for rings / bearings / head gasket etc, I do not want to start job finding I cannot finnish the wagon is needed. I will also need to refurbish the carb as seals damaged. Ta for any help.
