Can anyone help?
My beloved 617cc 1983 Domino has failed her MOT on the ball joints but I can't find a supplier anywhere. If I don't find them soon she will have to be put to pasture as I desperatly need a car on the road. She's only done 24000 miles in her 24 years and apart from these wobbly joints she's still like new. Does anyone know where I can get these joints from (and quickly) and reunite one young lady (the car!)with her slightly older young lady?

to be honest if you cant get hold of your own specific balljoints you may need to get some manufactured but this will involve removing the old ones yourself and taking them to various places to see if they can make some, or better still have some which will fit off another car.
get on to daihatsu through your nearest dealership, they may be able to help you further.
if all else fails you should sell it rather than scrap it, try autotrader, practical classics magazine and possible ebay. with that much mileage on it for such an age you should be able to get a fair price and buy another runabout.
