HI

I've been for the past lets say year and a half been having a problem with my counters.

Turn on and off the ignition and the dials go crazy; rev,speedometer,fuel,temp all go half way sit there for about 2 seconds drop back down and all the while thats happening my clock switches off and on resetting it to 1 o clock every single time..

The guys at Diahatsu say no no we've fixed the problem, bunch of amateurs there. I have a funny feelings its the alarm not giving permanent 12v to the dials and it only get when you turn the ignition to the on state.

I could myself check the problem if anyone has any ideas?
