Persanally I'd go for the late Sportrak, even Daihatsu dealerships say it's a better car.

Terios

We had one for about 2 years and it was a great little car. The only down side was that it had a tiny interior. I only got rid of it when we had our third child and it was inpossible to fit 2 booster seats and a child seat across the back seat. It would hold 80mph on the motorway without difficulty although it was loud at that speed, and it was a surprisingly good offroader with reasonable ground clearance. So if you're less than 6 foot tall with no children and just a small dog then I reckon its a good little car. The Terios+ came with air con and central locking as standard I think, but you will need a better stereo!
