shells
I think if your lucky all you will have to do is replace the shells on the crank shaft these are the first things to wear on an engine with this problem and they are a sacrificial part but i dont know what sort of job it is, might just be better to do an engine swap because of unknown damage in the first place, depends how much running it has done without oil.
Full of ideas but no time to do them!!

Well Oiled
In light of the fact that you lost all your engine oil, the best option would be to replace the engine with a good secondhand one. Damage may only be minimal, or it could be massive, with the subsequent bills; the only way to find out is to strip the engine to ascertain the full extent of the damage.
My experience of these engines is that when they lose all their oil they are beyond economical repair.
Suggest looking for a complete vehicle, or at the very least, an engine still in a vehicle, you can cold start the engine and check for all the usual problems before parting with any cash.
