Hi, I am A new owner of a 1994 fourtrak I dont no what to expect but it seems ok and as sturdy as a rock although I have to do a bit of welding I also run it on veg oil runs ok smells good any one else on veg oil?

Welcome to the forum. Daihatsu 4x4's are good strong vehicles and you will find a wealth of knowledge on this site if you run into problems.

yep i am have run the thing on veg oil up 100% at times. i try to stick to 60/ 40 mix but it nearly always ends up at 100%

I have been on svo for about 3yrs I am running a mondeo on it now untill my fourtrak gets a mot, I have a vow heater fitted which I will transfer over this will allow me to run on 100% all the time (fingers crossed).

Hi Have you thought of fitting a vow2 heater it would allow you to use more svo with the rising cost of diesel! again!
