Hi,

I have a Daihatsu Charade 1.3 GSE (1994) for around 5/6 years and have been having an unsual problem.

1. When I start the car, it is revving unusually high (4/5k rpm)
2. After a few minutes of running, the engine is revving high (4/5k) then low (1/2k), or oscillating, every 2 seconds.
3. After about 20-25 mins, the oscillation stops and the engine runs as usual, but I notice that my temperature gauge starts getting higher past normal (so I have to have the fans on to kick out some heat which brings the temp back down to normal).

What does this sound like to you guys?
