does anybody know the gaer/rev ratio when to change at what revs,i cannot seem to put my sporty 1.6 elxi Lreg in 4th unless im above 30 mph,i get vibrations if not.3rd gear seems a bit high revs at 30mph any ideas would be great cheers all
