I have 2003 Sirion and need to change the time on the cd player/ radio. The display panel, does not indicate hrs or minutes. I have pushed all buttons and tried various combinations, but to no avail! Can anyone give me some instructions on how to change it? (The manual I have is not the correct one and I can't get another one)

Your best bet is to get the exact make and model of the stereo and google it for the instructions.
I had a Clarion Single CD player in my YRV from new, a Clarion CD1500R. If that's what you have, I could send you a copy of the instruction book.

Be careful as the calrion system I had when I bought my YRV ate an original CD and today I cannot get the disc out. Worth swapping it for something else.
